她的手被迫交疊約束，背景出現高頻焰狀干擾圖騰（TRI-FLAME CODE），視覺殘留即為這次畫面紀錄。

本畫面後由內部安全單位轉化為制服設計，作為警示用途：

The test subject, a female operative-in-training, experienced a severe cognitive fracture during the Consciousness Expansion Trial, resulting in indiscriminate aggression toward her surroundings.

Her behavior was classified as an Awakening Malfunction, causing energy field instability and prompting the immediate withdrawal of five observers.

Her hands were forcibly crossed and restrained. A high-frequency flame-shaped interference pattern (TRI-FLAME CODE) manifested behind her — this image is the only visual residue captured.

The footage was later converted by internal security into a uniform graphic — used as a warning protocol:
